Manufacturer trademarks, trade names and logos cited on the website (notably RATHI, RINGFEDER, KMK, TSCHAN, CENTA) belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes to identify the products distributed by 3T Transmissions in the context of its resale activity.

No exclusive commercial link or institutional partnership is implied by their mention, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Article 5Personal data & GDPR

Personal data collected via contact forms, quote requests or documentation requests (name, company name, email, phone, message) is used exclusively to process the request made by the user.

This data is never transferred, rented or sold to third parties. It is retained for the time necessary to process the request and to meet legal retention obligations (notably 10 years for accounting documents).

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, the user has a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability of their data. The request can be sent to contact@3transmissions.eu.
