Product description

The RTP tyre elastic coupling is the high-capacity evolution of the TyreFlex. The tyre is built in several layers of reinforced rubber-cord-fabric, which enables the transmission of significantly higher torques than the standard model.

The RTP is designed for heavy industrial applications: large mills, crushers, hydraulic presses, transmissions on high-power motors, mining or cement-plant equipment. It tolerates severe conditions: dust, high temperatures, repeated shocks.

The operational advantages of the TyreFlex are preserved: exceptional tolerance to misalignment (angular, parallel, axial), high damping of torsional vibrations, radial removal of the tyre without moving the connected shafts. A complete solution for the most demanding industrial transmissions.
