Product description

The RN-Flex pin-and-buffer elastic coupling is interchangeable with Flender Neupex couplings, the worldwide standard for pin-and-buffer couplings. The design consists of two steel hubs connected by steel pins passing through nitrile rubber (NBR) buffers.

The RN-Flex offers good damping capacity for shocks and torsional vibrations, as well as adequate tolerance to angular, parallel and axial misalignment. The buffers are removed radially, without moving the connected shafts — a major advantage for maintenance on in-line installations.

Interchangeability with the Neupex standard ensures wide spare-parts availability and compatibility with competing manufacturer references (KTR Bowex, Stromag Periflex, etc.).
